The master planning process provides your academic community the opportunity to reflect upon your history and heritage, to assess the current condition and needs, and to create a plan to prepare for and direct you into the future.

Your existing campus site and building(s), along with your desired student enrollment, educational program, and  campus characteristics, are each evaluated for their ability to meet the vision and mission of your school.

Challenges and disconnects are examined and options are prepared to overcome the challenges, as well as promote your strengths.

Your final Master Plan directs the renovation and repair of school facilities into the future, and is a critical aid in conveying your plans to potential donors in the capital campaign process.
