Design services for multiple tenant spaces at The Landing, a new multi-use complex.
The Rivershed restaurant involved a study and design work on 5,460 SF. H&A analyzed egress and existing requirements, occupancy count, and plumbing fixture counts. The study also examined the feasibility of having food storage occur outside the restaurant itself. The design combined two existing retail spaces to create the new restaurant. Construction documents included a demolition plan for the existing raised floor in one of the retail spaces, accessible toilet rooms, a new stairway to a balcony, infilling an existing door opening, and several new windows. H&A coordinated all engineering work related to the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/HVAC, and Fire Protection systems.
For the buildout of a new Keller Williams real estate market center, H&A completed a code review, construction documents and provided construction administration. The 6,000 SF, 2-floor office space included over a dozen offices, a reception area, conference room, lounge, theater-style training room, kitchen and toilet rooms.
H&A was also hired to design the buildout of a 1,300 SF coffee shop, creating two sets of construction documents reflecting the portions of the project for which the landlord and tenant were responsible. The space included counters, a unisex toilet room, and a storage room.
