H&A was contracted by the City of Westfield to determine the culpability of a faulty cast concrete balustrades system in Half Mile Falls Park.
Following the study and fail testing, H&A was contracted to remove the concrete system and replace it with a metal railing system at Half Miles Falls Park and two other parks in Westfield: Kane/Wojtkiewicz Park and Women’s Temperance Park.
Our success on this project contributed to our selection as the City of Westfield's On-Call Architect.
