Cambridge was in need of additional housing. Adaptive reuse of a previously closed nursing facility allowed the creation of 20 housing units. The site, just outside of central square, provided an opportunity to add to the local housing stock.
The finished building features 14 two-bedroom apartments and 6 one-bedroom apartments. Two of the apartments are designed to be fully ADA Title II accessible. A community room with full kitchen, and bicycle and tenant storage amenities enhance the urban living experience.
