Appropriately named, the 34-unit condominium complex of Harborside Village unassumingly graces the downtown area of Scituate, MA. In addition to bringing residents to the downtown retail area, the beautiful community helped revitalize a long-dormant section of Scituate.


The complex features 48,000 sq. ft. of residential space with 74 underground resident parking spaces. The one and two bedroom units (880 and 1,320 sq. ft. respectively) are oriented to make the most of the spectacular views afforded by Scituate Harbor. Designed with contemporary open floor plans, yet featuring traditional details, the units allowed owners unlimited interior design options and the common spaces promote a unified sense of community.


The main street level of the complex provided an additional 2,800 square feet of retail space further enlivening the downtown area.
