With room for expansion, the community was built on 50 acres of wooded land. Habeeb & Associates Architects developed a design that allowed owners to make many interior design decisions themselves, thus creating a unique home reflecting their personality and lifestyle. Possible layouts included a combination kitchen and great room, dining room, master bedroom, additional bedroom and study, 2.5 baths, laundry room, garage, front porch, and rear deck or three-season sunporch.
