H&A was commissioned by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) under a House Doctor contract to investigate water infiltration of the building envelope, and the condition of the adjacent site features including sidewalks, railings and exposed foundations.
Continuing on through final design and construction administration services, H&A replaced the slate roof and restored two cupolas, renovated or repaired interior and exterior components of the building, and performed ADA-compliance renovations.
