Strategic Team Expansion at H&A Includes Tech-Savvy BIM Manager and Two Gen Zs

Norwell, MA - Habeeb & Associates Architects (H&A) is excited to announce that in the recent past, Jamie Winkler, Alessandro Pinto, and Fernando Echeverria have joined our team.

With over 30 years’ experience, Jamie has joined H&A’s team as BIM Manager and works to ensure technological excellence in the firm’s projects and people. As BIM Manager he generates and maintains the standards and processes regarding all BIM related software and systems. He leads the firm in the best practices of that software and develops an expert level of knowledge in the team. His technological drive, collaborative training style, consultant clash detection methods, and attention to detail have a proven record for resulting in projects with fewer delays and requests for information. With a passion for the field, Jamie’s eye is always on the horizon for the next best cutting-edge solution.

Alessandro has joined H&A as an Architectural Designer. Having won several design awards in college, Alessandro is an asset to H&A’s creative team and our clients. He is skilled in drafting the team’s practical and cost-efficient design solutions using Revit software which he then prepares as digital renderings and 3D rotational models in TwinMotion, providing clients with a realistic vision of their project. Working in conjunction with H&A’s Project Managers and Job Captains, Alessandro also conducts field work and assists with construction administration services. Having recently obtained his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Roger Williams University, Alessandro is NAAB accredited and has experience working as an ADA Surveyor.

A 3rd year Architecture student at Boston Architectural College, Fernando has joined H&A as an Architectural Intern. With an expert skill level in AutoCAD, and quickly becoming a Revit expert also, Fernando is an asset to the H&A Project Managers and project team. As an analytical and detail-oriented designer, he works alongside the team to develop his own best practices in project organization and management. Fernando conducts field work, produces construction documents, and assists with construction administration services.

In addition to the technical team expansion, H&A has acquired a new state of the art drone, 360-degree camera, and increased our office square footage at our Norwell Headquarters to accommodate our growing family.
